In this unprecedented time, virtual education programs at the CICAF are here for you to inspire, imagine and create! Join us for a new live education program via Zoom.
Co-Creation with AGO

See, Think, Wonder with the AGO

Mon - Thur 2:00pm - 4:30pm

Join Art Educators from the Art Gallery of Ontario to explore, imagine and create! In these sessions participants will actively engage with artworks from the collection in a fun, creative and encouraging environment. Each session also includes an artmaking component to encourage personal connections as participants think about the world around them!

One-On-One Coaching

The One-On-One coaching program assists young artists with enriching perspectives relating to an area of interest, including useful information, skill sets, creative and critical thinking opportunities, and practical applications. Coaching sessions are being delivered over Zoom, you will have the opportunities to discuss with industry professionals to further develop your interests and get the support you need to realize your goals.

Online Exhibition and Recital

Conduct a virtual exhibition with the theme of “We Are Together” for children/youths to encourage themselves and inspire others through forms of art/technology/cooking

How does the program work?

Our virtual programs are an opportunity for students to get hands-on creative expression! Students and teachers will join a live zoom meeting where they get to work collaboratively with their peers.

How do I gain access to the free sessions?

Please select the class in the description you would like to join and register. A Zoom webinar link will be emailed to you. Still have questions? Please submit an inquiry to: workshop@childrenart.ca.

What supplies will I need to participate?

We will provide you with art supplies depending on the workshop. We will send you an email to confirm your mailing address.

How much does it cost?

The programs are free of charge

Do I need a Mic or a webcam to participate?

Yes, all sessions will be done in a Zoom meeting
